Loyalty scheme rewards the customer

Top Tail is serious about rewarding you, the loyal customer. Here's how it works:

For every bag that you buy for your pooch, you earn loyalty points. We call these points "wags" (like in swishing, wagging, happy tails). When you have enough to buy any of our loyalty products, you redeem these wags. We send you a discount code by mail and when you visit the shop again to buy, you enter that code when you check out. This will give you a discount on your sale. You cannot exchange those wags for cash. If you decide to donate them to a doggy welfare organisation, send them the code by mail.  They can then convert these discount vouchers with us for cash to pay vets bills or water and lights, or buy more Top Tail dog food to feed the rescued animals.

Here is some of the nitty gritty of the deal:

Your purchases of dog food on the site will earn you loyalty points called "wags", each with a value of R1.

You may redeem your wags for discount codes and use them for yourself to buy food or donate these codes to your favourite canine welfare organisation. Top Tail will exchange those donated discount codes for cash or dog food.

When you register on our website you will automatically be enrolled in our Top Tail loyalty program as described above. You can also earn points for referrals, for each anniversary of your active membership, for your birthday and some other actions you perform on our website. Points are awarded as follows:
On sign up .......................................10 wags
Buy 10 kg of food ............................10 wags
Buy 20 kg of food ............................20 wags
Buy 30 kg of food ............................30 wags
Buy 40 kg of food ............................30 wags
Refer a friend (who joins) ...............10 wags
On your birthday ..............................5 wags
Anniversary of your membership .....5 wags

To view your point balance and redeem rewards, simply click on the red wagging tail icon at the bottom right of the screen.

Please note that the customer may not convert wags for cash. Top Tail may modify or discontinue the loyalty scheme, at its sole discretion, without notice, at any time. Top Tail has the right to expire un-redeemed wags after 6 months but only after a warning sent to the member's e-mail address as registered in the loyalty programme database.
